If Sparkfood Ingredients assumes joint responsibility for any processing of your personal data with other entities, you shall be duly informed.

In the strict legitimate interest of Sparkfood Ingredients in ensuring a proper management and timely response to your messages, we will process some of your personal data – name, e-mail, phone number, and company name – for a period of three (3) years, after which we will delete your personal information.

Your personal data may be transmitted to partner companies (Processors) whose participation is essential to ensure the regular upkeep of this website, ensuring that you take advantage of all its features.

It is important that you use the email address provided above, and not another means of contact (e.g. social networks, DPO’s email, etc.), for the purposes of exercising your rights regarding the protection of personal data, since this is the only way we can ensure the centralization of subject requests, the security in their treatment, and the regular verification of your identity and an adequate and timely response.

Regarding the possibility of withdrawing any consent given, it should be noted that this does not invalidate the processing of personal data carried out until then.
